Brand New Year

Here we are in the final days. A brand new year is patiently waiting in the wings. I am overcome with feelings of bittersweet excitement as I say goodbye to 2024. After all, we have spent almost 365 days together, each one filled with valuable life lessons, jewels of insight, unexpected surprises, heart wrenching sadness, bountiful treasures, difficult challenges and true joy. The memories will last forever. For that I am grateful. 

2025 will bring new discoveries and new realities. 

May we find the courage to breathe through the challenges, navigate the storms and stand tall in our own light. May we find the strength to survive and thrive, falter and fall, and rise up in our own resilience. May we all do whatever is needed in order to take care of our own hearts, minds and souls, without thinking we should look or live a certain kind of way. We can hope and hurt at the same time. May we all protect and nurture our precious heartspace. 

Accept and embrace the world and its people as imperfect, beautiful and everchanging. 

Life is a mystery. We may never understand it all but may we all be content to live in the midst of it while being present as it all unfolds. 

I truly hope the New Year is filled with whatever your heart desires!
